I think even Bill would have to agree with that, since we agreed people have a right to act anyway they want, even if we don't agree with them, as long as they don't break the laws.

Wrong. I said the opposite of that. People have a right to free speech. They do not have a right to "act anyway they want". Obviously, if their speech is threatening, it is an act of concern. Why is this so hard for you to understand?

Consider the case of people who hate the U.S., like you and the sniper. You talk against the U.S. He acts against the U.S. You are free. He is under arrest.

Even you should be able to understand the difference.
