Michael, one difference between last year and now is that last year at this time most semiconductor companies were seeing an uptick in demand going into the holiday season. Inventory was supposedly low. Layoffs had already taken place. 2002 was supposed to be the year that corporations were going to have to kick in with higher spending to upgrade their systems. Obviously we did have a spike up in demand. Now we seem to be seeing another slow down.

How long that will last is anyone's guess. This rally has already had more legs than I thought it would and right now it looks like it still wants to continue. I would just feel better about the longevity of this rally if we were hearing something good about demand picking up again some time soon. But they do say that bull markets climb the wall of worry. Is this the beginning of another bull market?
