Sorry Bob, they should at least have asked you to define a word or something. I predict the UN Security Council will NOT pass a resolution authorizing an attack. I understand that you are basing your opinion on the opinion of others -- I would too if I did not know anything about the subject. Unless the US really wants to destroy the UN (and some people in the current Administration, like Cheney, would dance in the streets if they could destroy the UN), then there will be some kind of UN resolution -- but absolutely no authorization for a US or any other form of attack. I am basing my opinion on my personal experience and knowledge of foreign policy. If I need somebody to make up an absurd new definition for common English words I will defer to you to create the necessary blather. Unfortunately "regime change" is no longer in need of a meaningless definition now that Bush and Powell have accomplished that delicate task.
