At the CRM level you need "slick" and you need "simple". The lack of these has been the cause of insurmountable problems for SEBL. dotNET makes these problems surmountable

You know... I really can't let this go. I doubt very seriously that .net makes CRM "slick and simple". This is the kind of claim you here from companies that know nothing about implementing enterprise software, at least at the high end.

The problem with marketing enterprise products like this, is customers assume there is 1)no customization involved to manage their unique business processes and 2)integration is a breeze between their uniquely implemented order cycle and that of each of their vendor's (who themselves have customized the heck out of everything).

Not a slam on .net or anything but the messages that come from enterprise software mktg really need to be accurate or else you've got another Agilent or Nike on your hands (underbid by a factor of 3 and a catastrophe)
