Okay. So, if I'm reading you correctly, pissing on any public or private building in Monaco would be treated as act of international terror.

On the other hand, to complain about pissing on public or private buildings in Italy is considered distasteful and insulting.

So, speaking as a loyal subject of the Prince of Monaco, which is considered worse in your evidently lawless country: international terrorism, or bad manners?
