Jason Nelbert -- this company formed -- transformed into digs, D-I-G-S, where an insurance company paid him for the stock problem that Mr. Marchese talks about. The SEC filings are on my web site, which you've entered into evidence. After Mr. Nelbert got that money from the insurance company, of course, digs transformed into another company as these companies -- these companies do. So what we're talking about here is a post from a guy who doesn't have an account at S.I., who
8 comes on to a company where him, his wife and his associates are posting, and trying to control the movement of the market on silicon investor.

A If you put it in the context of the thread that it was posted on, yes it does.

A What you have to do Mr. Argentar is bring in the whole thread because these are from a thread. You will see Mr. Marchese, Mr. Marchese's wife, Mr. Marchese's associates manipulating the stock on Silicon Investor but you refuse to bring in the whole thread to put in context.

Q But I'm asking you about the specific document. And what in this page, what in these pages that we're at, this post supports that claim. I want you to point and look at this post and tell me what supports your claim or how it supports your claim that Mr. Marchese is a member of organized crime.

A Okay. This -- Mr. Marchese obviously has special privilege at Silicon Investor, which I'm trying to show you. Most people have to join up with an account. Mr. Marchese doesn't have an account. For some reason silicon investor gave him the liberty of posting this post without an account. There's no thread, and the URL doesn't even work because I saved the URL from this. So if you are asking me to put it into context or point out the things in here, I'm telling you to put it in the context and maybe explain to us why Mr. Marchese doesn't have to be within that context when the rest of us do.
