The deceased sniper victim from Philadelphia was travelling on business. He was black and a graduate of Wharton business school, and was a VP of a outfit that sought to encourage black people to spend more of their money on products and services from black-owned businesses. And it is said he was quite successful at it. He was also a supporter of that racist US muslim, Farahkan. The snipers killed one of their own, the dopes.
