Jay, I failed to see a pattern too. <I failed to see a pattern. Do you?>
But the "This is a good way to kill people" industry seems to be making more money than the Wonderful World of the cdma2000 Phragmented Photon industry, which brings Peace, Light, Harmony, Happiness, Love, Creativity, Prosperity and Longevity.
As always, the forces of good will outweigh the forces of evil, though things can get very dark for a while. The reason the forces of good always win, [overall - of course battles go to the Matrix of Malevolence such as in the 911 attacks and the current Chechen Moslem Head Hackers hostage taking], is that destructive people can only do their malevolent work when the constructive of us have first built our sandcastles to the sky.
To prove how many Matrix of Malevolence people there are, one need only build a beautiful sandcastle at the beach and count how many children walk by in admiration before somebody kicks it over.
My guess is that 20% of the population is envious, jealous, greedy, authoritarian, dominant and needs to be caged. Adults are a bit more civilized and it would probably be 10% of the population who would kick it over.
Just as a rough guess. But the failures in life who kick things over, and take pride in their destructive abilities, can only get their meaning after somebody has first achieved something. They exist only as a sad and pitiful reflection of the good.
I wonder if you were suggesting that the destructive are having their day.
