Hi Doug, nice post. Im offer two suggestions: (1) ignore the economy, trade the best looking charts on the long side [there are a plethora, neat word, eh?] and short the weak charts, i.e., play BOTH sides of the Street. (2) If #1 does not appeal, go into deep seclusion or see doc Kronkite. Note too that the 30-year T-bond now offers a 5.1 yield.
