Sounds right. If there was much at all to the allegations, especially against Cheney, the press would have hounded the story to no end, not been quiet since May. But nothing stops the plaintiffs' bar except a dismissal. Unlike the press hounds, they keep barking long after there's no trail to follow. ;-)
