Frosty, that's right.Everybody is up to their eyeballs in debt.
I consider owning a stock at a PE of 60 as being in debt: You
have to wait 3 years at markets current PE of 20 to get your
money out and ther is no firm guarantee that you will.
Greenspan said " factors restraining inflation are temporay".
He didn't say "how long is temporary": ie wages could start
rising soon and so interest rates. And what the market does with
this is cheer and buy more at 150/share!!! This is lunacy.
In the long run you should well with Vivus because at least it
is not overpriced.
However I am still in cash. I refuse to be the guy that is going to
buy MSFT at 160 from the guy who paid 150 for it.
Look at last July: market came down fast and furious.I'll wait and
bide my time.Remember old Joe Kennedy's saying when he bought thousands
and thousands of shares of Standsrd Oil at 10 pennies/sh during the
1929 crash: " buy it when nobody wants it. Sell when everybody wants it ".
