Still "unsolved". Who did the Belgian authorities apprehend and bring to trial for Brabant? Nobody. The "boraine theory" is a possibility, and if true, suggests that the Belgian authorities "know" who did it and still didn't arrest or convict anybody. And you sit there saying that our cops suck?
