A If this is my web site. I haven't gone through every page right here. Judging from the first page, if this is a web site -- what was the date of it, though? From 3/27 so that's pretty recent. I haven't gone to this page in a long time so I don't know if my computer has -- I don't think my computer has been hacked because I have fire walls now but just looking at this page, like this, I think it's all the information I wrote and I haven't seen an alarm on my fire walls. So I -- I'm -- that's the best answer I can give you.

A I uploaded it and put it on the Internet, yes.
Q Okay. And there is text and material in here which you are the author of, correct?
A An author of. I put together a lot of stuff, yeah.
MR. RICHTER: Let me just make an observation here for the record. This is a 67-page document and it's dated March 27th, 200 2:I'm willing to proceed on the assumption that this is an accurate reprint of -
THE WITNESS: Yeah.
MR. RICHTER: Of material from Mr. Dobry's web site but I think we have to make it very clear that we reserve the right, upon examination of the 67 pages to point out that if -- if something has been altered, changed, hacked because, you know, we obviously can't make that assessment right now. And I do think it's probably appropriate to proceed with the examination on your representation, Mr. Argentar that this is a true and correct printout from the web site. But I think -- I'm just really making the point that we have to reserve the right if we discover something within the 67 pages that is erroneous to call that to everyone's attention later on.
MR. ARGENTAR: Certainly.
THE WITNESS: Can I take one thing too.

A Saying think a true and accurate document I want to bring to the attention that Mr. Marchese is being served in Texas for stalking and invasion of privacy.

MR. ARGENTAR: I will represent to you that on March 27th, 2002, I went to the web site onthecanvas.com and accessed this document and printed it as it appeared on the web site. And as you look at it, understanding that you're reserving your right to challenge it, do you see anything that would lead you to believe that this is not a true and accurate copy of what is on -- onthecanvas.com.
A Well, I defer to what Mr. Richter just said. I would have to go through and read every page in lieu of doing that I will have the same caveat.
Q But there's nothing that jumped out at you?
MR. RICHTER: Oh, come on David, I object to that question. There's 67 pages and to say is there anything that jumped out at you, when he hasn't read the 67 pages it's not a good question.
