Dave. Stop. Will you. See if this makes sense. The first phase III wasn't the last one because the second one had the data points that the first one didn't have to make up for it except it wasn't because it was a marketing study but it didn't matter because it turned into the last one when they went away after that. This didn't affect the UK who didn't see the second one before approving the first one. Most of the EU didn't seem to care about either one and had never even read the bloody MRA agreement which is all or nothing except four of the countries went ahead anyways and approved so they have to do the whole thing all over again and in this all or nothing round whoever else hops aboard we're leaving with and the rest can just get it on holidays. Except in the UK where you could get it but you can't because it isn't available although it was. That's the same as Canada where you used to be able to get it if you were in the phase IV following the phase III but not after the phase III following the phase IV unless you have a note from your doctor in which case you can. Or you can go on holidays to the carribean where half the islands allow them to sell it and half of the islands don't since some of the islands approve based on the UK approving the originating country and some the islands approve based on the approval of the originating country. This isn't as confusing as it sounds since once the originating country approves the phase III after the phase IV then all the carribean countries can sell it except those under French and Dutch jurisdiction who won't be able to sell it unless they're part of the approving group of the all or nothing MRA in the EU if this second round is the last one. That may be delayed since the originating country which is reviewing the arthritis submission doesn't have anybody qualified to approve an arthritis submission and normally a phase IV is done in these cases after the phase III is submitted so you see the problem. We're all in safe hands all around in a perfectly normal situation including watching all those peculiar people running in and out the doors screaming "FIRE!" and what not. It's all a question of knowing how the world works which is that generally it doesn't very well and even though most people aren't complete raving loonies its mostly the people who hear voices or have 50,000 volts shooting through them that are really interesting while we're passing the time on this rock.
