jpg, stay on target on those goals. You know I can get on my bandwagon about that so I'm not going to here now. I will say that it's not easy, but if one has a strong life plan, with challenging goals, short and long term, it sure helps guide where you want to go and what you want to accomplish. Steady the course my Friend. Stay on target and be aggressive about it. Don't compromise. Easy to let your guard down. Don't do it. That's where many fail. RR
