Five years is an awfully long time to be making a prediction like that.

It seems like you're assuming that the excess valuations of the bubble will all be wrung out in the first bear market. Have valuations typically completed their downward trend in the first bear market after a bubble? I have heard otherwise.

Of course, maybe "it's different this time."
