I remember that well Westergaard also wouldn't give me my bounty for turning myself in on bikr/umcc board :-( He also lied when he said he paid a bounty for a woman's name and then sued her and collected damages from her. He didn't sue anyone and I really doubt he paid a bounty. He told me "I WILL SUE YOU! I WILL OWN YOUR HOME! THE LAWSUIT IS IN THE MAIL!" That was in 1999 and I still haven't received anything. Darn, mail system ;-)
