This mugger walks into a courtroom, the Honorable James Bower presiding. Judge Bower asks the defendant, "Did you beat this man up and steal his money?" The defendant stands up, with the pride befitting a man speaking his convictions, and proclaims, "Yer honor, maybe mugging is against the law.
