What I am looking for is kind of a short and hold port.
Obviously on huge dips like we saw a few weeks ago it was smart to pull stuff off.

But I missed huge drops in HI ACF COF and a couple of others I was in by trying to get cute and play minor bounces rather than the main trend.

I hope I have not become LTSH at the bottom (ouch), but many of these really should get close to or near Zero.
DAL is another one that meets my criteria.

I think the idea is to try and maintain a core position as well as a trading position but to lighten up heavily only after huge plunges.

Tech is more all over the place and puts are generally more expensive as well, but if you have some of thoise in the scrooge list let me know.

If you think my timing is horribly off I would like to know that as well. Leap puts is what I am doing, but near expiry playing for max pain rallies via hedges, or just getting out of the way would be smart. This month there is a very good chance that IF we hit max pain it will be from above.
