Confession is not a word I would use. I understand why you use it, but it is theatrical and inaccurate.

I don't know if it was all in PM, I suspect you don't know either. I didn't remember any of it until reminded. If it is really important to you, do what you need to do. It's your hobby horse E. Ride it if you need to. You have my permission to dig up the past to scratch your itch.

I'm not sure I would believe anyone about PM's from years ago though. So don't expect me to believe anything amorphous. Your choir believes you now, I'm not sure you'll manage to convert anyone else. But do what you need to do.
