I've picked 11 worth bidding on ; out of the 24 that I've had time to look at.
The 13 rejects you couldn't give me for free.

No matter how cheap they go for one still has to start paying taxes
on them, and over half are not worth diddly.
I'll bet Houston has a ton of stuff on the books
they would take a song for just to get em back
on the tax roll.
It's like picking through a garbage dump, and
one needs to know how not to fall into a cess-pool;
then when you do find something it's not nice and shinny
..however the price is right and with little leg work it can be
cleaned up..at least it's an investment you can see
and grow OKRA on :-)
The market isn't the only place one can put their
money.
