The Russian government is starting to get flack, by what I've been reading. For cripes sake, they saved hundreds with (considering the situation) minimal casualties. They used some sort of gas. Hell yeah, if it saves lives, it saves lives.

On the subject of the gas, I've heard a couple explanations of what kind of gas it was. At first I read it was sleeping gas. Then I heard it was some sort of psychotropic gas (bad trip, dude). Now I'm reading its some sort of nerve agent. Anyone read or hear anything to clarify that?
