what industry were they looking for? IT in some non-tech shop, IT in a tech shop or software company? I don't think software is hiring yet, but not completely sure. Business hasn't turned yet. A few weeks ago I posted on the cisco thread that a recruiter friend told me cisco unexpectedly released 15 reqs for their Oracle order cycle software project, all team lead contractors. This was on oct 17. They haven't hired big teams like that in a while. Message 18126843
