Notice all the analysts who follow Amzn keep talking about its International growth.

Yup, which is an admission that there is little growth coming from inside the US... Frankly, the international market for English books is tiny, which means most expansion has to be done the expensive way: establishing relationships with book distributors in other countries as well as distribution networks. This will be hard to do for a company with negative working capital and cash flow.
