This math exercise assumes the planes should have been flying at their top speed from the moment of takeoff. Which in turn assumes they knew from the moment of takeoff exactly where they were going.

I don't know that either of these assumptions is realistic.

The F15's that took off from Otis presumably would have been looking to intercept UA175, since AA11 had already crashed. Did they know the exact whereabouts of UA175? And more important, where it was going?

The same considerations apply to the Pentagon crash.

Now you need to ask yourself is it really realistic to think that George Bush, all of his close advisors, and all the military top brass would deliberately conspire to allow a fully fueled jetliner to crash anywhere in Washington DC the hijackers chose. All of the people I've identified (as well as the commanders at Otis and Langley and all other air bases in the area) would have had to been involved in the conspiracy you're claiming if you think about it. The plane that hit the Pentagon could have crashed anywhere in Washington the hijackers on board chose. No one else had the power to make that choice.

Do you think George Bush would put his family at risk? I'm pretty sure they were home in the White House that morning. Because if they weren't your source would have used their absence as another "proof" of conspiracy.

Would the government conspirators take a risk on the destruction of the entire Congress or Supreme Court, the entire Joint Chiefs of Staff? Rumsfeld was in the Pentagon when it was hit. If there was a conspiracy he would have had to have been a part of it. Did he go to work that morning taking the risk he'd be incinerated that morning?

I think you're being pretty gullible.
