One of the things that I have found is that they are far to idealistic. They want all of the changes to happen right now and don't want to compromise. Quite simply, they are not politically pragmatic enough to succeed.
Yes. Exactly. They don't consider what they can actually get currently. For example, they insist that they will dismantle social security if elected. That's political suicide at this point. A long and successful political education campaign is needed before that is feasible.
