Between the poorer retirees from Japan and the richer entrepreneurs of China, the ocean frontage real estate in Thailand should do very well (unless a Thai Moslem bomb go off in the south of Thailand).

The rest of the countries will have to work out their WAT-WOT-whatnot issues.
