07:31 ET C Citigroup upgraded at Lehman (35.70) Lehman upgrades C to OVERWEIGHT from Equal-Weight and raises price target to $46 from $43; firm raises their sector view on Large-Cap Banks to Neutral from Negative as macro concerns in 4 areas (general economic, credit quality, capital markets, and regulatory/legal) have diminished incrementally, and believes C will be the main beneficiary of this more positive outlook.
