Ditch, I'm confused as to market rally. Economic numbers are still weak and there's the threat of a terrorist attack looming in the background. The November fed funds contract (FFX2)is pricing in a 65 percent chance of a 25-basis-point rate cut. The December fed funds (FFZ2) is pricing in a 100 percent chance of a 25-basis-point cut in December. Sergio
