John, we know you respect some writers. Or so you have said. You don't want to hear about Rush, or Michael Kelly, or Sullivan....not sure about Buckley....so really don't know why you would give any credence at all to a (your words) "lefty place" like scope, or snoop or whatever it was.... My comment wasn't meant to be contentious....just trying to understand what writers you think bring value to the table.

PS--also trying to save you from yard work....or at least having something else to think about while you're raking leaves...<g>

I get tired of all the Weekly Standard and National Review stuff, saw someone, KLP, pop a lefty place, at least on the surface, so I popped out the usual response. I'm getting infected by the contentiousness on the thread. Gonna have to go back to lawn work.
