This was just NASD's action. I would expect the company to take further action; viz., dismissal of the miscreants. The fines may not have been a significant portion of the money made by disseminating mis-information. Since there was also a finding of undisclosed trades, this needs to go a step or two further if Sterling wishes to have credibility.
