How about UBS (which I think stands for Unbelievable Bull Sh*t); They raise the price target on a downgrade. WTF?

RESEARCH ALERT-UBS cuts Medtronic to "buy"

Monday October 28, 11:58 am ET

NEW YORK, Oct 28 (Reuters) - UBS Warburg on Monday cut its investment rating on
Medtronic Inc. (NYSE:MDT - News) to "buy" from "strong buy", saying the company's
stock had now peaked.

UBS said the outlook for Medtronic, the world's largest medical device maker,
nonetheless, remains excellent, with the potential for upside earnings surprises in the
future if current momentum continues.

"Our downgrade should be interpreted only as a recognition that its recent price
performance has corrected a deep discount seen earlier this year," UBS said in a brief
research note.

UBS also raised Medtronic's 12-month price target to $52 from $48.

The company's stock closed at $45.45 Friday on the New York Stock Exchange.
