It's a little ambiguous -
consequently companies engaging in antibody discovery using phage display without a license are infringing the Company's patents, particularly companies that provide phage display antibody discovery services to others, such as [*], [*], Cambridge Antibody Technology Limited, [*], [*] and [*]...
- the listed companies are not necessarily all infringing (allegedly <g>) Xoma's patents; the unnamed others could just be a list of others providing phage display services, but having licences.
Might also provide an explanation of why they are not named ?
