Hi Dave B; One for 5 seems a bit too low. No margin for error, and who wants to have to do this again a few months later. They should go with a 1 for 10.

A 1 for 5 would leave them with (according to Yahoo), a book value of only $.80 per share, but their most recent quarter lost $.75 per share and they only would have $1.40 per share in cash and $1.57 of debt, but $4.10 worth of sales (all figures after the reverse split).

At least with a 1 for 10 they'd get a book value (at least temporarily) into the single digits.

P.S. Telecom sucks.
