Ward,

You make some very interesting points.

I agree that CYJ is appearing like a deathtrend but I would be surprised if it can fall much further. Granted, if people reading this thread panic and sell at market tomorrow, it could fall substanially more but I don't think that will occur. Some of us have psychologically written it off and can patiently wait for a rebound from here based on the pending results from Arizona and California.

It's an interesting allegation you made regarding Frank and Marchment.
Can you substantiate this? The reason I ask is because I spoke with him today and if he was being investigated, I suspect that he wouldn't have been talking the way he was. It just would not be consistent with someone being investigated by the O.S.C.

If you have some details, I would be very interested as would other PSG subscribers. If what you claim about Marchment regarding MXR and NPA is true, I would like to know more. My understanding of that blowout is Last Frontier not trading and MXR having such a small interest in the Mina Claudia property. They subsequently couldn't raise the capital necessary and had to back out. The next time Maximum gets involved with a property, it will be 50%+ ownership.

Please elaborate on any facts that you have regarding Frank or Marchment.
