The best news is that operating margins are INCREASING. Alot of the hype driving the share price decrease has been that margins will be erroding as security becomes a commodity. I think we are seeing just the opposite as the market expands and vollume increases. I also believe that the fears of Microsoft's impact are way overdone. Their new offering will not compete with the core NT and Unix based products which are RAPTs major revenue source. If you consider RAPTs large cash holding, at these levels the stock is trading well under it's sustainable growth rate (I estimate fair value based on growth rate is 23-25). Look closely and you will see a VERY cheap stock in a strong market position.
