William - Here is a scungy, dirty rat - and I think I'm going to buy some. CGO -Atlas Cargo on the NYSE, an air cargo shipper with the largest fleet of 747 cargo planes in the world (They own Polar air as a subsid). Restated earnings, SEC inquiry, lawsuits up the wazoo priced at $1.22 with almost $7 per share cash. Here is the deal - they are completely booked due to the dockworkers lockout/slowdown and looks like they may have an earnings surge this quarter.
