anachronistic gold bugs

lol. I think it will please the hearts of most gold bugs to see China treat gold like a real normal commodity. It's commodity value (like grain's are a source of food) is a source of money amongst other things. Now, if we could get the CB's and politicians to stop treating gold as the pariah of our financial world we would all be happy. It would mean they would have to act a little more responsibly that's all -g- They would have to act responsibly otherwise the value gold would rise against fiat. At the moment, the POG is deliberately manipulated downwards. i.e. I am making the wild accusation that the gold (and silver) markets are not a free markets. Unlike the rest of our free market systems <g>

Mind you. Regarding the macrocosm. I am of the view the system is "self balancing" anyway over the longer term. It's just the CB's and politicians don't fully realize the situation yet -g-
