Hi Don,

Maybe it is just me, but doesn't this trade activity strike you as the opposite of what the preponderance of all company's forward vision are?

Most have said Q4 is off and backlogs are being whittled away ,and red ink will occur. This seems to be a no brainer with the tax year ending up.

Most companies will want to hold onto as much of the depreciation cash as they can,as in not pay taxes to the government - so throw out the baby!!.

With this ugliness looming into the future - we see prices up 50% from the October lows in many stocks!!!

I'm just a believer in supply /demand.

This smacks of stealth money flowing into this sector.

If that is true the only game in town is BUY THE DIPS - don't worry be happy - your getting the stuff cheap compared to tomorrow.

Can it be this market is beginning to look forward into 03.

All opinions welcomed here - this may well be pivotal.

Bob
