Donald, regarding AMAT's market share. They appear to be losing overall market share this year. Last year they had sales of $7.34B out of $21.4B total fab equipment spending or 34%. This year they will have sales of about $5.1B out of $16.4B total fab equipment spending or 31%. With regard to guidance, how could it not be lower with their customers guiding lower almost on a daily basis and utilization rates plunging?
