Recall that F is still on negative credit watch, and if sales are seen to slow further it very well could be cut to junk. If that occurs it will require forced selling of that massive (4x bigger than WCOM) amount of debt to holders in the relatively tiny junk market. Lots of those current debt holders would be really hurt.
