Should any country try to be helpful to countries who are suffering like the people of Afghanistan were?

There are Billions of people around the world who are suffering in different ways. Is US taking on responsibility for all of them?

U do know, of course, that these murderous dictators were financed, trained and sent there by the US to fight the Russians.

Now u tell me, is it ok for Russia to turn these people around to attack the US?

And who is responsible for the suffering of the people of Afghanistan when these highly US trained, financed and armed Al Queda take over the country and cause suffering to the poor people who have a hard time barely surviving?

And as everyone around the world says, which god died and left america in charge?

Remember we do have the UN ! IF anyone should interfere in the internal affairs of a country, it shoud be the UN. And of course the UN rarely if ever interferes with the internal affairs.
