It's not in the fine print, but due to a flaw in the test's methodology. The test is based on studies of people who lived to a really old age. Thus, the group under study is comprised of people who did not have certain major health issues while younger. It really is more an exercise in identifying risk factors for early death which can be avoided through lifestyle changes. If these questions were all there is to living a long time, insurance companies wouldn't ask about anything else.
