Winter forecast, it's sleeting here in southern PA and the forecast was for rain (at least at 4 am).

Indicates NWS has a bias it hasn't solved yet.

Edit, I see they caught it at 641 AM (well after I left for work), well, a little slow on the uptake.

Expect to see some early snows in the east, as I indicated, in what will turn out to be an old fashioned winter.
