I think the military will do what they're told to do. Somehow, I don't see anything the brass has let leak being anywhere near as sinister as Perle, Quayle, Gingrich and the like having these cozy secret little meetings where policy actually gets made. The "military insubordination" thing sure has been a recurring neocon chestnut, though.
