Yeah, they are so secret that you know all about them, Win. I think you are right about Franks. He is just echoing his CIC. You know Franks spent several days last summer on the Ranch with Bush. They are pretty Buddy-Buddy. Probably talking about all those things they are going to do that drive you nuts. :^)
