i can almost hear the words of perpetrator of the criminal act....

"your honor....ladies and gentlemen of the jury....yes, i do confess to the "crime" of killing dr. "death"....i realize that abortion is the "law of the land" but there is a greater law to which i must adhere....therefore my conscience is clear....in fact my conscience *dictates* that i use all available means to protect the innocent lives of unborn children.....and on and on...)
