Reading about conscious and morality and the so-called defense of such: I will Mention again, a literary and natural hero of mine... Paul Fussell, a thoughtful man, a courageous man, a man that that has been there and can and did put his life on line .. and then his experiences in words.. He lived his experiences.. He learned from his experiences. He wrote about them.. Not like so many that post here and those pretend to to lead us.. Read about is account of war..the stillness of the birds before a barrage, a battle , the knowlingly fear, the fear that drives men of all sides to do terrible things.. Not at all like so many " cowardly little chicken hawks" with their squawking from the "safety of the hen house"..that glamorize it here and in Washington DC but do not have to experience it at either end.. Oh boy, Oh girl, Oh humankind, I hope sanity reigns.. EDIT: A start.. upenn.edu
