"Bank of America improperly seized $123 million from Enron's account days before the company
filed for bankruptcy, a lawsuit filed Tuesday claims.

Enron is demanding return of the funds, interest on the money, punitive damages, attorney
fees and a reduction of the bank's standing in the bankruptcy proceedings. "
