imo the election is a non-issue in this ramp. just don't see why it would matter, there are as many democrats on wall st as there are republicans. not to mention a NE republican is a lot more like a southern democract than like, say, Trent Lott. the rally looks tired. not exhausted yet, but definetely tired. but if it doesn't go down soon it may well recharge. i'm waiting on a clear signal.
